It was my son Griffin's first day at pre school. I had to work so my husband dropped him off and the bus dropped him off at our childcare provider. My husband called to provide play by play. He got to the door and Griffin said " See you later Dad I like this school" He flew in the door and my husband was on his way. He could not help but comment about all the Mom's taking pictures and delaying their departure. I asked oh you should have had a camera. There was a laugh on the other end of the phone. I am taking him to and fro tomorrow. Griffin is not happy about missing the bus ride! So it was the first of many many more feelings of my little boy growing up! I will be hiding that camera in my purse for sure.
How did the rest of the week go for Griffin at pre-school? That's great that your son is so well adjusted that he was OK to be left and no crying. When my children were little my hubby accused me of being an "UFO mom" . . . because I hovered over them!!!!
Have a blessed weekend Bristol!!
