I love front porches. They are a perfect place to sit and watch the comings and goings on Grant St. I always try to have mine ready and set by April. I am still putting the finishing touches on it but I am loving how it has turned out. I painted the wicker chairs with an oil base paint this year and it worked out so well. Hope everyone has a wonderful week~
Your porch looks like a great place to sit.
Love the colour of the chairs.

Oil paint is the only way to go! I totally agree. Its a bear to clean up and spills arent fun, but it outlasts latex, especially on furniture by a mile!
cute porch girlfriend!

lucky, lucky you. wish we had a front porch. instead we have a cul-de-sac so when we sit out front, we look like trailer trash!

Thanks for visiting my blog! I like your front porch very much! Here nobody has a front porch and we don't even have a front garden, but that's because we are in the middle of an old city. Not too bad either. Have a nice day!

Bristol, thanks for visiting my blog. I'm in NE Ohio near Akron, pretty far from Cincy. I'm impressed that you have your porch ready in April. I'll have to try that next year.
